This place is my new obsession, very positive atmosphere and the aloe, tea and shakes are amazing!
Gale Rayoum
I am from Coulee Dam. My oldest daughter is on the weight challenge. She started last week and lost almost five pounds her first week. I went to the shop this morning and had a Mudslide shake, a raspberry tea and a shot of aloe. What a nice shop and the shake was AMAZING. Joyce was wonderful. Thank you for bringing the shop to MOSES. When I come to town, I will definitely stop in and have another visit! P.S. I am on weight protein program (HealthWise) through my physician @ Coulee Medical Center. I have lost over 108 pounds in 9 months on shake similar to this. Keep up the great work. I will tell everyone about your shop and the Herbalife products.
Funkylite Tachikawa
I was skeptical when I first started using the Herbalife products. My friend paid for me to join the weight loss challenge. I have severe day time sleepiness and am NOT an active person. I spend the majority of my time asleep and am overweight because of it. I'm impressed. Despite my lack of energy, I still managed to lose some weight and a few inches. I really feel like the shakes are a great way to improve my weight problem! I recommend them to anyone looking to lose some weight.

I have been taking medications for high triglycerides and gout for the past few years. Since February, I have adopted the nutrition strategies promoted in the Club and the classes. For the past two months, I have not taken any gout medication. Today, recent blood work showed I am no longer required to take medication for triglycerides. THANK YOU Synergy Wellness!!!
Ann S., Warden, WA
Since starting with Jon and Karen's classes, in 7 months I have lost 46 lbs. and went from a size 26 to 18. My arthritis and joint pain has decreased, I have lots of energy and I feel wonderful! The Herbalife products are fantastic – I start each day with a shake, and I love the chocolate/peanut butter bars. They are a lifesaver for me and make such a difference in how I feel. Thanks Jon, Karen and Herbalife!
Jim S., Warden, WA
In January 2010, my wife Ann attended the Weight Loss Challenge in Warden. She has fought weight gain for years. She started drinking the Formula 1 shakes and began to lose weight each week. Since it was working for her, I started taking the product myself. Not only have I reached my target weight, but since changing my diet and eating habits, I no longer have heartburn at night. My other favorite product is Niteworks – since incorporating this, I don't have the symptoms of the "Restless Leg Syndrome" I have had for the past thirteen years. Finally a good night's sleep! Thanks Herbalife!
Liz E.
I am so glad I joined this class. During the class, I learned so much more about health and nutrition. Thanks to this class, I was able to get the knowledge and motivation needed to start losing weight. This was my first challenge and I lost 9.87% total body weight, 23.4 pounds, 7% body fat and 20 inches. My clothes fit better and I feel absolutely fantastic. I can tell a HUGE improvement in my health! Thank you so much for the encouragement, motivation, and information. Can't wait for the next class.
Sabrina S.
In the 12 weeks of the Weight Loss Challenge, I lost 28 pounds, 17 3/4 inches and 3 pants sizes. I have learned to change my lifestyle and eat properly. Exercise is a main factor as well. What helped me the most are the "Total Control" and protein shakes. Both of these gave me energy and kept me going throughout the day. My energy level has sky rocketed! Thanks Herbalife and my two coaches – I couldn't have done it without them!
Sarah G.
This was my first weight loss challenge. I walked away with $100 in my pocket and 13.2 lbs lighter, as well as 15.75 inches lost. I have never felt better and I have so much more energy. As if that were not enough in itself, all of the stomach problems I had after having my gall bladder removed have vanished. I will see you next session. Thank you for all you do!
Matthew S.
I would like to thank Karen and Jon for their lectures on proper food nutrition. With their help I was able to lose 23 lbs and 13 inches in 12 weeks. The trainings were fun, very informative and gave me a good insight on what foods do to you and for you. I plan on using the knowledge gained for my future health goals and to include these learning's into my family's eating lifestyle. I would encourage anyone thinking about a new approach to their health to include the "Challenge" as part of it.
Toshie N., Warden, WA
Thank you, Jon and Karen (weight loss coaches) for bringing the Weight Loss Challenge to Warden! I have learned SO MUCH about eating healthier. I lost 10 pounds, 8.04% of body mass, 14.25 inches and 6% of my body fat, and I feel great!
Jan G., Warden, WA
At first I thought this class was just a nutrition and fitness class. Then I learned it was a weight loss challenge, and while I desperately needed to lose weight, I didn't want to sign up. But since I was already there, I figured I might as well try it. It was the perfect time – and I've completed two weight loss challenges. In total, I've lost 56.6 pounds and 40.25 inches! I've signed up for a 3rd challenge, I'm still losing weight, eating healthy, and exercising daily. Onward!
Amree M., Warden, WA
I have thoroughly enjoyed being involved in Jon and Karen's 12-week weight loss challenge. This class doesn't teach you a specific diet, but does teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle. They have helped me reach my weight loss goal by teaching me the importance of proper nutrition. I lost 16 pounds, 12.35 % of body mass, 17.75 inches and got rid of 10.9% of my body fat. And I had a great time in class! Thanks to Jon and Karen for the information and helping me to succeed!
Diane S.
In August 2009 I signed up for the session. I found the information on nutrition and health issues very helpful. It tied in with a lot of information I was already aware of, yet introduced me to other important nutritional issues. I was able to lose 4 lbs. and 13.5 total body inches. On my second session, I did the same. With at total of 8 lbs. and 27 inches lost, I went from a size 12 to a 10. The weekly weigh-ins helped keep me motivated and I have maintained the last 3 months. I exercise 30 minutes a day 4 days a week and continue to improve.

Fresh News from MarDon
Late July is here and it is time to enjoy the summer heat at Potholes Reservoir. Our sandy beach is starting to show and become more available as the water lowers. This past week the crappie fishing off the MarDon Dock has been very active. During a trip to pump boat gas at the MarDon Marina I saw seven 9" and bigger crappie being caught. For bass action the beaver huts, willow points and clean sand banks would be your best bet using plastics, spinner baits and top water lures. As the water level lowers bass fishing will only improve on Potholes Reservoir.

Fresh News from MarDon
The trout fishing on potholes reservoir is now, on July 19, the best it has been in years. The quantity and size of this world class fishery, the guys with down riggers just let out about thirty feet of line in about fifty feet of water and troll from 1.5 to 3 mph, depending on lure selection. The guys with leaded line are going three to five colors down. The people fishing, trolling with weights, need three to four ounces depending on gear selection to get it deep enough. They are fishing needlefish in a variety of colors. Also, rapalla shad raps in sizes 5-7-8. The baby Hot Lips DC-13 have always been a great lure on potholes reservoir ever since the days of our retired guide Skip Davis. Skip created 8 new colors in the DC-13 while working as a guide @ Mardon Resort. We have been hearing reports of trout all over potholes reservoir. Lately the east end of O'Sullivan Dam where the potholes canal exit's the reservoir has been producing good trout for fishers trollring.
