PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 31 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on July 08, 2013 from the Anderson Family Trust (Designated Contact: Jeff Curtis, P.O. Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on July 18, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 31 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 1 zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 2.50 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes; there no buildings on this site. Lot 2 is approximately 1.25 acres in size and is currently being used for Residential purposes having a residence and shop on the lot. Lot 3 will be 1 acre and will be used for residential purposes. Lot 4 will be approximately 25.89 acres in size with 12.95 acres designated as open space; this lot will be used for agricultural purposes. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 6 miles northeast of Royal City, in a portion of Farm Unit 243, Block 87 in the SW quarter of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #21-1060-000). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Residential 1. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
