Ward, Jones wield hot clubs for Crescent Bar ladies

CRESCENT BAR – Nadene Ward found the winner's circle four times, and Cathy Jones did it three times to dominate the July 17 women's day at Crescent Bar Golf Course.

Jones won first division gross with a 90 and doubled up on first division net with a 71. Ward was the second division gross winner with 114 and second division net winner with 68.

Ward also had long putt in her division at 14-7 and closest-to-the-pin with 34-8.5. Jones was her division's KP winner with 11-7.

Vickie Brissey was the first division long putt winner with 1-2. Lyn Murray had two chip-ins, and Wilma DeLeeuw had one. The game of the day – guess you gross – was won by Eileen Hoene and Debbie Bolt.
