I have tried several weight loss programs, all of which failed--until now. Jon and Karen's Weight Loss Challenge isn't about weight loss, but about creating a healthy lifestyle of proper nutrition and exercise. They present all the information needed to make the right choices, with the sincere and enthusiastic support necessary to help me maintain a slow and steady weight loss, without feeling like I'm on a diet. What's best, in my mind, is that I make all the decisions on what, when and how much to eat, and where, when and what type of exercise suits me best. I've been able to maintain this new lifestyle for six months, now, and do not feel deprived, or stressed. Instead, my metabolism has increased, I have more energy, and I weigh a little less each week. In total, I've lost 38 pounds - now that's success!
