The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of the following orchard leases in Grant County:

Material Lease Changes

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of the following orchard leases in Grant County:

Lease 12-081077 leased to SAS DNR Mattawa LLC located in portions of Section 5, Township 13 North, Range 24 East, W. M. containing 232.49 acres, and Lease 12-081266 leased to SAS DNR Neighbor LLC located in portions of Section 6, Township 13 North, Range 24 East, W. M., and portions of Section 31, Township 14 North, Range 24 East, W. M. The specific change(s) being made are to extend the term from 2020 to 2038 and to change the rental structure of the leases.
