NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORY FROM FRANKLIN COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 2

Public Notice is hereby given, that a Public Hearing will be held August 14, 2013 by the Franklin County Fire Protection District No. 2, at the Kahlotus Town Hall located at 89 Weston Street, Kahlotus, Franklin County, Washington beginning at 7:00 P.M. of that day and for the purpose of considering the PETITION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORY FROM FRANKLIN COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 2.

The following Fire District Territory is being described as follows:

All land in TWP 11 N. Rng 33 E, Willamette Meridian (W.M.) lying North and West of the Snake River except Sections, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13;

Sections 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, and 36 of TWP 11 N. Rng 32 E. W.M.,

Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of TWP 10 N. Rng 33 E, W.M., lying North and West of the Snake River; All land in TWP 10 N., Rng 32 E., W.M., lying North and West of the Snake River Except Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 18;

Sections 23, 24, 25, 26, 35, and 36 of TWP 10 N., Rng 31 E, W.M.,

Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 18 of TWP 9 N, Rng 32 E, W.M., lying North and West of the Snake River;

Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14, 23, and 24 of TWP 9 N., Rng 31 E., W.M., lying North and West of the Snake River.

The Franklin County Auditor, Matt Beaton has certified the Petition as Sufficient as required under RCW 52.04.056.
