Grayce L. Dazell

Grayce L. Dazell, 98, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2013 in Moses Lake, she was born March 17, 1915 in Shelby, Mt. to John and Margret Murray. She was the second of seven children.

Grayce married Art Dazell in November 1941, they moved to the Ephrata area where they started Ephrata Sheet Metal. In 1956 they moved to a farm near Winchester, from Soap Lake.

In 1977 Grayce and Art sold the farm and traveled the west in their RV.

They moved to the home they built in Ephrata in 1984 where they resided until 2009 when she and her husband moved to the Monroe House in Moses Lake.

Grayce was preceded in death by Art in 2012.

She is survived by her son John (Cherie) Dazell of Grand Coulee. Grandchildren, Curt (Heather) Dazell of Maple Valley, WA,  and Merilee (Jeff) Riely of Alpharetta, GA, Great Grandchildren, Nicholas, Amanda, Emma, Samantha and Carson.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 11 am at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Ephrata.  A reception will follow the mass. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Shelby, Mt.
