NOTICE TO MATERIAL SUPPLIERS Sealed bids plainly marked "Bid for Asphalt Materials - 2017" will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 206, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, February 21, 2017 and will then and there, in the Commissioners Hearing Room be opened and publicly read for supplying the specified materials. This contract provide for furnishing and delivering asphalt materials in accordance with the plans and specifications. Plans, specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Public Works Department at no charge. Informational copies of the maps, plans, and specifications are on file for inspection at the Public Works Department of Grant County, 124 Enterprise St. SE, Ephrata, WA 98823. Notice of Funding Available The Washington State Department of Commerce has released a joint application for the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Both grants provide resources to assist people who are experiencing homelessness obtain and maintain housing stability. Eligible applicants include city governments, nonprofit community/neighborhood based organizations, housing authorities, and federally recognized Indian tribes in the state of WA. Grant awards resulting from this application will cover the period July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2019. The Application is due to Commerce no later than April 18, 2017.
