Feb. 24

A 26-year-old woman was cited for third-degree theft.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Moses Lake High School, 803 East Sharon Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 backed out of a parking space and hit an unoccupied car.

Report of credit card fraud. Victim said someone is using his card in the Portland area.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1300 block of South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 said she didn't know she hit vehicle 2.

Report of two-vehicle accident at East Hill Avenue and South Juniper Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 was making a left turn onto Juniper Drive and was hit by vehicle 2, driving east on Hill Avenue. Passenger in vehicle 1 sustained a cut on the forehead and passenger in vehicle 2 complained of back pain. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield and driving without insurance. Passenger in vehicle 1 was cited for failing to wear a seatbelt.

A 30-year-old man was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school zone, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school zone, maintaining a drug house and possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of theft from mailbox in the 200 block of East Linden Avenue. Victim said he received confirmation the package had been delivered, but it wasn't at his residence. Estimated value is $10.

Report of debit card fraud. Victim said he lost the card earlier in the week, and it was used to make unauthorized purchases online.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 2000 block of West Broadway Avenue. Suspect said his phone was stolen; no estimated value.

A 35-year-old man and 33-year-old woman were arrested on outstanding warrants.

Feb. 25

A 23-year-old man was cited for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested for outstanding warrants.

Report of theft from an extended care facility at 905 South Pioneer Way. Unknown male was found in the employee break room, and allegedly stole car keys and a phone. Suspect was described as a thin white male in his 20s, brown facial hair, wearing a gray-green hat, gray sweater and khaki pants.

Report of attempted theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Two juveniles attempted to steal about $380 in merchandise, were cited and released to family members.

A 39-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Feb. 26

A 30-year-old man was arrested for DUI, two outstanding warrants and driving without required ignition interlock. His vehicle was towed.

A 31-year-old man was arrested for burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine.

A 41-year-old man was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.

A 24-year-old man was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to steal merchandise worth about $320 from a business at 1400 East Yonezawa Blvd.

Report of vehicle prowl at a business on West Third Avenue. Victim said unknown suspect had entered his vehicle while it was parked at his workplace. Two bottles of insulin were stolen from the victim's lunchbox.

A 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and two outstanding warrants.

Feb. 27

Report of burglary at a business at 2000 East Wheeler Rd. Reporting party found the door of the business open. Estimated value of stolen merchandise is $6,400.

Jason Vidal Salgado, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school zone, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a school zone, possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana and maintaining a drug house.

Noel Espinoza Oliverez, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Cody Cobb, 27, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and violation of a no-contact order.

Benancio Dominguez, 19, Warden, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
