March 3

Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Suspect was contracted and merchandise recovered. The suspect, a 15-year-old boy, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and booked into Grant County Juvenile Detention.

Report of online fraud. Victim said she sent $200 to an online company, but after further research discovered that the company may have been fraudulent. She was able to cancel the money transfer.

Report of vandalism at a residence in the 1700 block of West Lee Street. The car's registered owner had died earlier in the week; in the meantime unknown suspects broke out the rear window of the car.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding warrants and booked into the Grant County Jail.

Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Unknown suspect stole an Apple watch, estimated value $299.

Report of theft from a vehicle parked at the Park and Ride lot at the intersection of I-90 and SR-17. Unknown suspects broke a window and stole a backpack full of math books sometime between 12:30 and 8:30 p.m.

March 4

Report of possible vehicle prowl in a parking lot at 933 West Central Dr. Vehicle has been parked in the lot for a few days, with a window broken out. Registered owner lives in Pasco.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested for possession of heroin and an outstanding Grant County warrant for first-degree trespassing after causing a disturbance at a residence in the 3200 block of West Wapato Drive.

Report of theft in the 1700 block of West Mockingbird Street. Victim said unknown suspect entered the house while she was gone, stole documents and checks.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Grant County warrants and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Report of bicycle stolen from a business at 1214 South Pioneer Way. Bike is described as spray-painted brown with horns on the handlebars.

Report of shots fired at a business at 302 West Broadway Ave. Subject allegedly fired shots from a handgun to break up a fight. A 37-year-old man was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful discharge of a weapon and possession of a weapon in a restricted place. A second subject, a 36-year-old man, confronted officers and was arrested for disorderly conduct.

March 5

Report of more than 10 females physically fighting inside a business at 204 West Broadway Ave. Fight was broken up and crowd dispersed upon officer arrival.

A 29-year-old man was arrested for DUI, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and first-degree driving with a suspended license after he was stopped for driving without lights. His car was towed.

A 29-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant for DUI.

A man, no age given, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A man, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree assault against a law enforcement officer. While the man was being put in the patrol car, he allegedly kicked the police officer in the face.

Report of a stolen bicycle at a business at 507 East Broadway Ave. Bike was later recovered in the possession of a 20-year-old man who was arrested on outstanding warrants, and for possession of controlled substances and marijuana.

A male was reported walking around a church in Royal City talking to himself and carrying a 2x4.

A man reported that his daughter’s ex-boyfriend was stalking her and had let a stuffed animal at the door.

A male reportedly hit a female with a shovel outside a bar.

A female caller reported another female was harassing her.

A vehicle was reportedly vandalized with paintballs.

A man reported a subject on his property threatening him.

A man reported his residence was broken into and a hunting rifle stolen.

Farm equipment was reported stolen.

A woman reported that a male assaulted her and threatened her with a firearm, then left in a vehicle intoxicated.

Multiple shots were reportedly fired inside a bar in Moses Lake.

A man reported people throwing garbage in his yard.

A storage unit was reportedly broken into.

A woman reported that a male was sending nude pictures to her underage daughter.

A male reported that his dad hit his sister.

A woman reported that an unknown male came to her house asking for gas money, and may have been casing homes.

Mark See, 33, Ephrata, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI, reckless driving and obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Joseph Rogers, 34, Grand Coulee, was arrested on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree trespassing (domestic violence).

Aleksander Demyanov, 30, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Cristal Ramirez, 26, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Idaho warrant.

Rhonda Clark, 48, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Christopher Sasser, 36, Royal City, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for hit and run and four counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license, and an outstanding Chelan County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Preston Hardesty, 47, Royal City, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for obstructing law enforcement and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Charles Marchioni, 39, Othello, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.
