Notice of Funding Available The Washington State Department of Commerce has released a joint application for the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Both grants provide resources to assist people who are experiencing homelessness obtain and maintain housing stability. Eligible applicants include city governments, nonprofit community/neighborhood based organizations, housing authorities, and federally recognized Indian tribes in the state of WA.
