NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 29, 2006 at 10:30 am in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a budget extension request from the Grant County Sheriff's Office, in the amount of $4,578.00, to cover the overtime costs associated with the Mandatory Diversity/Harassment Training. A mural depicting the life of longtime Moses Lake resident Monte Holm is erected in Sinkiuse Square on the side of the post office building Tuesday morning. Artist Patricia Jensen, center, helps position the final piece into place with the help of Dale Good and volunteers from Homesley Construction and Colbasia Cabinets.
