Mitchel L. McDowell died Sept. 7, 2022, at Samaritan Hospital. He was born Feb. 5, 1952, to Bill and Alyne McDowell. He has a twin brother Mike McDowell (Connie) of Moxee, Washington and a sister Kelly Cara (Danny Ware) of California. He was married to Colleen Baker on April 17, 1976. He has one stepson Stephen Craig Baker (Cher), one stepdaughter Leeah June Baker (deceased), six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Carol I. Bailey Bramble, 68, longtime resident of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2012.  She was born January 10, 1944 in Wabash, Indiana, grew up and resided in Southern California for many years with family before moving to Washington State.  She was a master arborist, had a passion for home style cooking and took delight in preparing for and sharing holiday traditions and meals with loved ones and friends.  Known to most as "Granny", dedicated her life and love to family and will be dearly missed by all.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Joan and Gilbert Bailey, Jan Bailey and Warren Bailey.  She is survived by her husband Kenneth R. Bramble, brother Thomas J. Bailey, son Gregory L. Steele, daughter Jennifer J. Killian, son Nicholaus L. Bailey, grandchildren, Jessica R. Killian, Brittany L. Killian, Nicholaus L. Bailey, Gregory L. Steele, Zachariah Steele, Brooklyn M. Bailey, Landen L. Steele, great grandson, Revin Z. Tabor, as well as extended family and friends.
