STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY NOTICE OF SEASONAL APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE: That David Stevens, of Wilson Creek, WA, has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to add a point of withdrawal and change the place of use for the 2017 irrigation season as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 35-A, together with the change authorization issued November 4, 2015. That Certificate No. 35-A together with the change authorizes the withdrawal of up to 1000 gallons per minute, 232.5 acre-feet per year for the seasonal irrigation of 93 acres. That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the NE1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 2, T. 22 N., R. 28 E.W.M. That the authorized place of use is within the N1/2 Section 3, T. 22 N., R. 29 E.W.M.; NE1/4 and N1/2SE1/4 Section 4, T. 22 N., R. 29 E.W.M., North and East of existing railroad. That he proposes to add a well located within the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 3, T. 22 N., R. 28 E.W.M. That he proposes to change the place of use to include the NW 1/4 of Section 10 and W 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 10, T. 22 N., R. 28 E.W.M., lying south of Crab Creek and north of the railroad tracks. Total irrigated acres will not exceed the 93 acres authorized. All within Grant County, Washington.
