Adele E. Whitham

Adele E. Whitham October 14, 1936-January 13, 2013. She had passed away in January at her home in Roslyn, WA.

She was born in Chelan, WA to parents of Simeon and Ena Beeson. She had four other siblings sister Janet K. Doty, brothers Simeon L. Beeson of Oklahoma, John A. Beeson and Marion W. Beeson of Wenatchee, WA. While growing up she was a great swimmer and was active on the swim team in Chelan, WA. She had gotten married early in her life to Robert B. Guy(Charlotte) of Colbert, WA and had three children by him Robin K. Kulm of Monterey TN, Robert S. Guy(Monique) of Tuscon, AZ and Ronald C. Guy(Annmarie) of Moses Lake. They had divorce and later in her life she married Harold Whitham.

Adele had a lot of activities and involvement in the community. She had a 4-H Group in the Mae Valley and helped her children, grand children, and other children through the program in raising their animals and teaching them about their animals and themselves. Also, her passione, was Morgan horses. She had taught, riding and showing them with her children, grand children and others who had the passion and love for horses.

Adele had other passions such as music, crafts, arts and reading to elderly and children at the library as Sister Friendly. She loves to play the harp and entertained people with her abilities with her music and humor. She and her husband had made many arts and crafts to show and to sell to many areas in the states.

She had worked at the Sugar Beat Plant as secretary, became a Master Gardener and the Country Golf Club as the grounds keeper.

Adele had passion about her churches and would talk about the Lord and his teachings.

She is preceded in death by her parents Simeon and Ena, brother John A. Beeson and sister Janet K. Doty.
