Notice of Application & Public Hearing City of Othello City Council - Freddie Mac 2nd Avenue Zone Change Notice is hereby given that the Othello City Council will hold a public hearing to consider Residential 2 (R-2) zoning for 848 S. 2nd Avenue which is currently zoned Commercial 1 (C-1) zoning. R-2 zoning is also being considered for 847 and 831 S. 2nd Avenue.
