Project: A Short Subdivision of a 40.00 acre parcel into 4 residential lots.

Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant
County on June 30, 2016 from Mark Gregson (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land
Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754- 4376), was found
to be technically complete on July 11, 2016. Project: A Short Subdivision of a 40.00 acre parcel
into 4 residential lots. Lot 1 will be 5.00 acres. Lot 2 will be 5.00 acres. Lot 3 will be 5.00 acres.
Lot 4 will be 24.10 acres. Location: The proposal site is a portion of parcel #17-1406- 000. The
parcel is located east of Coulee City and is just south of Rd. 36 NE and is located in a portion of
S. 02, T. 24 N, R 28 E. W.M., Grant County, Washington. Zoning: Rural Residential 1. Public
Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent
with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Copies of

Planning Department, 264 West Division Avenue, PO Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823, (509) 754-
2011 ext. 2538. Office Hours: 8 am – 12 noon, 1pm – 4 pm, M—F. Comments must be
submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5pm on July 28, 2016. Comments should be
as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes
have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final
decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only
opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
