Reader wants stray dog problem addressed
In regard to the article about stray cats. What is being done about the stray dogs? We live on a corner with no fence. Every day we have dogs using our yard as their potty. Not a day goes by when there aren’t any. We have a dog that we take out on a leash. It is driving him crazy watching other dogs coming into HIS yard. He is at the window barking madly at them. Why don’t the owners keep them on a leash or in their own yards. Not mine? City council you have more than just a cat problem to deal with. Please address both of these.
