Homeless barred from ML parks at night
MOSES LAKE — Moses Lake will no longer allow individuals to camp in city parks between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., according to an ordinance passed by the Moses Lake City Council Tuesday night, in response to public outcry over use of the parks by the city’s homeless population since September.

City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Public Hearing GGD Oakdale LLC submitted an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit on November 19, 2018. The application was determined to be substantially complete and ready for review on November 28, 2018. The project location is 304 E. Broadway Avenue. The proposal is add 5,000 square feet to an existing 10,000 square foot retail building and create a 42-space parking lot.
