PORT OF MOSES LAKE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PORT ATTORNEY SERVICES Proposal Due Date: January 7, 2019 The Port of Moses Lake invites proposals for Port Attorney services. Proposals are due to the Port Office by 2:00 p.m. on January 7, 2019. The Port seeks services encompassing the traditional scope of work including legal counsel, opinions, consultation and coordination with special counsel. Attendance at Commission meetings is required. Attendance at various other meetings may be required occasionally. This position will not include prosecuting services.
