Notice of Public Hearing City of Othello City Council - Pintail Properties Annexation Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the Pintail Properties LLC annexation. As part of the approved annexation, the property will be zoned Residential 4 (R-4) zoning upon annexation to the City consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The City Council considered the notice of intention of annex at its Augusts 22nd hearing and remanded the annexation request to the Planning Commission for the collection of public comments and additional review. The Planning Commission will consider the annexation request and forward a recommendation to the City Council. A public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on Monday September 19th, 2016 beginning at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible, at the City of Othello City Hall, Council Meeting Room, 500 East Main Street, Othello, Washington.
