The Superior Court of Grant County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of Grant County to sell the property described to satisfy a judgment in the above entitled action:

Beginning at the South corner of said Lot 299, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence North 19 degrees 26 minutes 00” West on the Southwesterly boundary line of said Lot, a distance of 98.24 feet to the West corner of said Lot; thence North 65 degrees 57 minutes 09” East on the Northwesterly boundary line of said Lot, a distance of 69.24 feet; thence South 18 degrees 44 minutes 37” East, a distance of 42.35 feet; thence South 19 degrees 03 minutes 05” East, a distance of 32.46 feet; thence South 18 degrees 26 minutes 24” East, a distance of 22.87 feet to the Southeasterly boundary line of said Lot and to the Northwesterly right of way boundary line for the county street known as Westover Blvd; thence South 65 degrees 24 minutes 00 West on the Southeasterly boundary line of said Lot and the Northwesterly right of way boundary line of said county street, a distance of 68.17 feet to the True Point of Beginning; MORE ACCURATELY DESCRIBED AS:
