BEFORE THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON In the matter of the Application of NOTICE OF HEARING ON Grant County PUD APPLICATION FOR A COUNTY ROAD FRANCHISE for a franchise to construct, operate and maintain water, wastewater, and irrigation pipes on certain County Road Rights-of-Way within the County of Grant, State of Washington, for the purpose of operating water, wastewater system and irrigation.
