Description of proposal: The Regional Transportation Plan 2016-2036 for the Quad County
Regional Transportation Planning Organization (QUADCO): This Regional Transportation Plan provides a description of the region’s values, goals, and unique characteristics. It considers how people’s travel patterns and the transport of freight will change in the future. This information is
in turn used to determine whether or not additional transportation facilities, services, and programs are needed to keep our people, goods, and services mobilized for the next twenty years. The plan concludes with a discussion of finances needed for these identified needs.
Location of proposal, including street address, if any: The QUADCO 4-County area, inluding
the towns, cities, and counties within Adams, Grant, Kittitas, and Lincoln counties.
Jurisdiction proposing action: QUADCO Lead Agency: Lincoln County, Dept. of Public Works
The jurisdiction proposing this action has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environment impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2) (c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
