VENDOR ROSTER SOLICITATION Grant County maintains and is seeking to expand its Vendor Roster as authorized under RCW 36.32.245 for the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and/or services with an estimated value between $5,000 and $25,000 and is soliciting/encouraging businesses to join. As an equal opportunity employer, this invitation extends to all qualifying businesses, including those that are minority and woman-owned. Qualifying purchases/needed services for use of the Vendor Roster enables the County to secure telephone and/or written quotations from three or more vendors, if possible, within the same product/service category to ensure that a competitive price is established and for awarding any resulting contracts to the lowest responsible bidder as defined in RCW 43.19.1911. Information, forms, and instructions for joining the Vendor Roster are available on the County's website at www.grantcountywa.com under the "Grant County Quick Links" menu's County Roster Information. Joining is free and Grant County would be pleased to have your qualifying business as a resource. #07005/201952 Pub: July 12, 19, 2018
