Grant County has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (WAC Chapter 197-11) for the following project: A phased Planned Unit Development and Subdivision of four parcels totaling 171.58 acres into thirty four (34) residential lots and open space tracts located in the Rural Residential - 1 zoning District of Grant County. The PUD has three proposed phases. Phase 1 will have 9 residential lots, Phase 2 has 12 residential lots and Phase 3 will have 13 residential lots, along with several open space tracts. The project access is located on the west side of Silica Road approximately 1/4 of a mile south of the intersection of Sunland Estates Road and Silica Road, then west approx 1/4 mile, then south 1/2 mile to the site.
