Lavish 31 opens in style

Local shop's opening is a 20-plus-year dream come true for owner

OTHELLO — Lavish 31 held a fashion show Friday evening to celebrate its opening and highlight the clothing lines the store carries. “Owning a boutique has been something that I wanted to do for over 20 years,” said owner Amy Dominguez. “I kind of put it off to the side and recently we started dreaming about it again and we made the decision of doing it.”
