Orlando G. Ruiz, 69, a longtime resident of Moses Lake, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Orlando “Londy” was born on November 25, 1955, in Moses Lake, Washington, to Leo and Leonor Ruiz. He was raised and educated in Moses Lake, attending Chief Moses Junior High and graduating from Moses Lake High School in 1974.
