MOSES LAKE – On Tuesday November 29, 2022, Sandra Elaine Fox, beloved wife of Stephen Fox and mother to Karla Kay Fox, passed away at the age 57. Sandra was born in Carson, Cali. but made Moses Lake, Wash. her home for the majority of her life. Sandra graduated from Moses Lake High school in 1984, was married to Stephen in 1985, and had her daughter Karla Kay in 1986.
