Tip-a-Cop event packs the house at ML restaurant
MOSES LAKE — Grant County Undersheriff Ryan Rectenwald sang “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” while filling water glasses Wednesday night at Rock Top Burgers & Brew. He got a nice tip for it, too.
