Levi Bisnett stands in front of a gate to a lot the city of Moses Lake will use to establish a food truck park. Bisnett and his coworkers are looking for ways to improve quality of life for residents of Moses Lake and the surrounding area that will also draw in tourism dollars to shore up the city’s economy.

Levi Bisnett, a project surveyor with the city of Moses Lake, developed the idea for a food truck park shown in the concept art above. The central area will be shaded for people to eat, a life-size chess game will be present at the facility, once it is built, and up to six food trucks will be able to serve clientele there. To make certain people are aware of other area attractions, signs will be set up throughout the facility pointing people toward other area attractions such as downtown shopping, the sand dunes and other recreational opportunities.

MOSES LAKE - Levi Bisnett wants Moses Lake to be recreationist and pedestrian-friendly. As a project surveyor with the city, he gets a chance to make that vision happen.
