Sheriff discusses jail, legislation, crime at town hall
Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones addresses members of the Larson community in Moses Lake during a town hall meeting Tuesday evening. Jones said he is hoping to move forward with a new county jail. He also said he is in favor of new legislation which he feels would empower officers to better enforce the law.

Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones had a town hall – the first in more than two years – at the Larson community sheriff’s substation in Moses Lake Tuesday evening.
