NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS County of Adams Department of Public Works Ritzville, Washington Please be advised that Adams County is soliciting Proposals from contractors for the following construction improvements: Probation Officer Remodel Work includes providing demolition, framing, drywall, frame hardware, interior finishes, mechanical, and electrical modifications for a new office including protection of existing finishes and utilities. The proposal shall include all labor, materials and other services necessary to complete a full tenant improvement. Work site is located in the Adams County Public Services Building at 425 East Main Street Othello WA 99344. All proposals are to be filled out on the Request for Proposal form that can be obtained from the Department of Public Works main office located at 210 W. Alder, Ritzville, WA 99169 or by phoning (509) 659-3276. All proposals must be submitted to the Department location listed above by 3:30 PM December 27th, 2018. Facsimiles are acceptable. If using the facsimile option please phone the office at (509) 659-3276 to confirm delivery. The Board of Adams County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids or in the bidding, if the best interest of Adams County will be served, or to accept the bid, which in their opinion best serves the interest of Adams County.
