Moses Lake Toyota dealer offers great service
My two sons are getting ready for their senior year at Eastern. They drove to Wenatchee over the 4th while my wife and I were on vacation in Oregon to retrieve an old Toyota pickup and a bed full of furniture for their apartment. The pickup’s engine blew as they were exiting I-90 to SR 17 for gas and they coasted into the truck stop at Kittleson Road. It was late Friday afternoon and they found there was a Toyota dealer only a short distance away. They towed it there and with the mechanics gone for the weekend, Kim, the service manager, said they’d keep it in the covered shop and see what was broken on Monday. The boys headed for Cheney and Kim called Monday with the bad news - no compression in two of its four cylinders. Getting my pickup to Moses Lake fell to my wife and Kim had her staff move the furniture to my truck which delivered the load to Cheney. It was going to be another week until I’d be free to take my RV to Moses Lake and tow the dead Toyota back to Wenatchee. Again Kim said she’d have it moved outside in a secure location. I showed up last Tuesday. Kim had her staff push the pickup onto the dolly I rented and refused any compensation for what she had done for us. She said, “they are great kids but they don’t have money to burn and I’ll keep my eye out for a used engine!”
