City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Optional DNS Marmitt Enterprises LLC submitted an application on October 25, 2018 for All Safe Self Storage I-90 for a grading permit to prepare the ground for an addition to expand their existing mini-storage at 3825 W. Prichard Street, associated parcel 111577000 & 111577003 (and others). The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on November 2, 2018. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 16: Building & Construction, Title 18: Zoning. Environmental review is required for this project.
