This contract provide for furnishing and delivering asphalt materials in accordance with the plans and specifications. Plans, specifications and bid documents may be obtained from the Public Works Department at no charge. Informational copies of the maps, plans, and specifications are on file for inspection at the Public Works Department of Grant County, 124 Enterprise St. SE, Ephrata, WA 98823. The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The award of this proposal, if made, may be made in whole or in part as determined to be in the best interest of Grant County.
