Jeff Foster for Grant County Commissioner
This letter is in support of Jeff Foster who is running for Position No. 3 on the Grant County Commission. My wife Karen and I have known Mr. Foster for 30-plus years and I worked as a rental agent in his real estate firm. In addition, my wife and I have gone to almost all the board meetings of the Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District since we moved into Moses Lake in June 1981. Since the immediate and present board has been in power with Jeff as chairman with the new manager running the operation, much progress has been made. In fact, I made sure that Jeff was going to continue there before I wrote this letter. The irrigation district has done well since and that is the reason that I think that Jeff will do well as a Grant County Commissioner.
