Arizona reports most new COVID cases since July, deaths rise

PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona on Tuesday reported more than 3,400 new COVID-19 cases, the most in one day since late July, as the state's rolling average for coronavirus-related deaths quadrupled over the past two weeks.
