Andrea Bland, daughter of Bart Bland, is a 22-year old student at Central Washington University completing her nursing pre-requisites. Growing up, Andrea has been involved in both 4-H and FFA. After graduating from Ellensburg High School, Andrea attended Columbia Basin College and was a member of the Women's Basketball team for two years. Andrea earned her Associates Degree from Columbia Basin College in 2012. Andrea's hobbies include farming, horseback riding and participating in various sports.
Adams County Fair kicks off next week
The Adams County Fair Sept. 13-16 is sure to be a rip-roaring event for all who attend. The annual venue has roots dating back to the 1930s and was originally held in Ritzville. It was changed to its current location in Othello in the 1950s.
