MOSES LAKE — An Ephrata woman was flown to a hospital in Spokane for injuries suffered in a head-on collision on state Route 17 north of Moses Lake on Tuesday afternoon, according to Washington State Patrol.

Agnes V. Smith, 71, a resident of Moses Lake since 1957 went to join her heavenly Father on Monday, March 26, 2012. She was most recently staying at Columbia Crest Care Center. A combined memorial service for Agnes and Kenneth Smith will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 30, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, 724 W. 4th Avenue, Moses Lake, Washington 98837.
