ORDINANCE NO. 2866 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.18 OF THE MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "GAMBLING TAX" (This summary is published pursuant to RCW 35A.12.160. The full text of the ordinance will be mailed, without charge, to any person upon request.) The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance that the tax rate for Card Games would be reduced beginning January 1 , 2018 and continuing to be reduce by 1% each year until it reaches 5% in the year 2022.
