After John passed away, Carl was raised by his step-father David H. Mosley Sr., who he knew as his father.

Trout lakes performed very well throughout the region on the opening of the fishing season. Good weather played a part in angler participation, and although overall it looked like traffic was down compared to earlier years, thousands packed the campgrounds and parks in Eastern Washington.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. No conditional bid bond will be accepted. Silvestre F. Gonzales
Silvestre F. Gonzales passed away on February 29, 2012, peacefully, in Pasco, Washington, at the home of his daughter, Edna Medina. He was eighty-one (81) years old at the time of his death. Services will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Moses Lake, Washington. All are invited to join the family at 1:00 pm in remembrance of Silvestre, and a Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 2:00 pm. A reception to celebrate Silvestre's life will be held at the Moses Lake Event Center at 4:00 pm, 1475 E. Nelson Rd. Bldg C (campus of Moses Lake Christian Academy).
