NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are wobbling between small gains and losses in early trading on Wall Street as investors try to hold on to optimism that Congress will finally deliver on a long-awaited aid package for the economy. The S&P 500 was little changed after the first few minutes of trading Friday, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq was up 0.1%. Major U.S. indexes coasted to record high levels a day earlier.
