Shirley is survived by her sister, Jerry Rutherford; her sons Leonard Galley, Lewis Galley and Don Temple, Jr.; her daughter Anna Hoselton; her grandsons Kenneth Larry Camden, Donald Eric Temple and Jim Hoselton; her granddaughters Angela Kay Malecha and Terri Hoselton and her great grandchildren.
