FIREWORKS
Reader disagrees with ban
I believe that the person who said making the rule that fireworks in city limits are not allowed is just a very wrong thing to do. First of all, the entire firework show in town almost does more damage than civilian’s fireworks. Second, fireworks are plain fun in moderation so if people are a little more cautious then they will enjoy themselves immensely. That is all I have to say about the firework safety law.

However, at no time are fireworks allowed at Marine View, Marine View Heights, Crescent Bar, Desert Aire outside of Desert Aire Park, The Gorge or the campground at The Gorge.
