10 congressional candidates outline priorities at Moses Lake forum

MOSES LAKE — Ten of the 11 candidates running for Washington's 4th Congressional District appeared at a candidate forum in Moses Lake, offering voters a wide range of perspectives on economic development, agriculture, government spending, water policy, immigration, health care and political reform ahead of the primary election. Zac Rossi, no party preference, was not in attendance.
