A preview of what the new City of Ephrata website will look like will come Thursday morning. The city has been working on a comprehensive rebranding, including a new website, app and logo. City Clerk Katie Kapalo, inset, was put in charge of the city's rebranding efforts and said she was focused on trying to ensure the community's personality and preferences were incorporated into the rebrand.
