The new layout of the Soap Lake Library has split the library in half with one half for families, children and teens. The other half of the library is for adults. Librarian Stephanie Jackson said parents have complimented the new layout because it allows for them to watch their kids but also have space where they can “read in peace.”

Soap Lake Library celebrating renewed look, efficient layout
SOAP LAKE – One Soap Lake resident walks into the library, takes one lap around the building, stopping to look at a couple of things. Before he walks out, he turns to the librarian with a smile on his face. “Looks good in here,” he said before walking out.
