Small wildfire being mopped up near George
GEORGE – Fire crews responded to a fire north of Interstate 90 near George Tuesday evening. The blaze was estimated at 25 acres or less before it was put out by Grant County Fire District 3 crews. It is unknown what caused the fire to start shortly after 6 p.m. but crews had it contained and were mopping up by 7:30 p.m. More information will be published as it becomes available.
