Twenty-seven-year-old Isai Mendoza of Beverly was arrested and booked into Grant County Jail for investigation of second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree theft. A property owner called the police after he saw someone trespassing on his property in the 6000 block of U.5-Northwest. Mendoza was found with stolen goods in his vehicle when stopped by officers.
